I am a former human resources executive, accomplished business leader and certified Change Practitioner, with progressive leadership experience in driving transformative change. My leadership experience spans many progressive leading companies, (Global, NA and Canadian), and have broad and deep functional experience in areas including Human Resources, Change Management, Strategy Development, Organization Redesign and Business Systems implementations and Sales Enablement.
I believe that what is good for people is good for business. My work is successfully pioneering new ways of doing things to better serve the workforce, business, customers, and the greater community. I am dedicated to facilitating a framework for transformative experiences and conversations at work and in life.
