Business leadership has undergone tremendous change over the past few years. A new model of leadership is evolving, demanding a more human approach, and as a result, the need for new leadership capabilities. Leaders must take ownership over facilitating meaningful connections for their people. They must be intentional when connecting their people to the three things that matter most - purpose, accomplishment, and one another.

This new model requires a high degree of emotional intelligence and intentionality, with compassion, vulnerability, and employee well-being, being key to leadership success.

Leadership Development Programs

My method is creating customized programs that are built to serve the unique flavour of each company, recognizing each business is unique in its own right - delivering and enabling great employee experiences.

How It Works:

We meet to discuss your team’s unique needs. I design a series of group sessions to address your team’s biggest challenges.

Duration of Programs:

Most clients invest in a series of at least 4 - 6 sessions, spaced monthly, but I also design year-long programs.

What Is Included:

Group coaching / training sessions of 60 to 90 minutes facilitated by Zoom.

Customized learning content “dripped” in between sessions in the form of learning commitments and coaching tips.

Customized tools to support and integrate the learnings and creation of an action plan.

You may also add 1:1 coaching for team members to further support your leaders and enhance the learning experience.
